I make daily life with me sound so simple because it is simple. Life doesn’t need to be complicated or fraught with difficulty in order to be impactful. The very best way to get anything done is simple steps, repeated consistently over time. Do that and six months from now, you’ll look back in amazement at everything we’ve done and explored together.

Again, I know you don’t want to sleepwalk but neither do I want you running on empty! You are here to thrive, to live a life of joy with me. When you insist upon cramming your day with so many tasks or expectations, you’re in danger of missing me in the moment.

No, I never go anywhere ever, but your awareness of me shifts in direct proportion to how stretched or stressed you feel. Why not do less things well and then go for a walk outside with me? Take a deep breath in this moment. This moment is a gift. Embrace it!
